Smells Like Christmas

Okay, two posts in a row is a little obnoxious, but that last one was a real bummer, so here's something funny Loralie said today:

Yesterday, I treated myself to a car wash and a new "pumpkin spice" car air freshner. Today, when I loaded Loralie into her carseat to go run errands with me she sniffed with her little nose and said "it smells like christmas in here." Where does she come up with this stuff???

Last year, I asked Loralie to tell me all of her "favorites". I thought it would be fun to repeat the experiment each year and see how her answers change (or don't change!). Simmin' in the Simmin' Pool!

So, our outdoor baby has a new love of her life- "Simmin' in the simmin' pool!" I think she would be out there all day if I let her! In fact, I have to watch her really carefully when we are just playing in the backyard, cause she has been known to crawl in by herself fully dressed! She likes to splash and kick, and play with her watering can and rubber duckies. Mama is going to have a good tan by the end of this summer!
