Camping with the Lenz Family

Image
We took Lenny the Camper for some fall camping last night!  The kids played, explored, roasted marshmallows, and stayed up way too late.  Caleb is already looking to upgrade (and downsize) campers.  Glad he doesn't feel the same way about wives... I love to hear the kids giggling in their bunks!  Hopefully it is one of the things they will look back on fondly as adults. Nothing like bonding with nature, I always say. Caleb's little brother graduated the Kansas City Police Academy last night. We are so proud of Jon for all his hard work. And of course, the celebration included extra snuggles from Grandma and Grandpa!

Roman's First Day of Preschool

What's Been Happening with Loralie: First grade is off to a great start.  Loralie seems to really like her teacher and she has been getting good behavior notes.  We got the results of her state-wide testing from the end of Kindergarten and she scored in the 99th percentile.   Such a sm...
