My Baby is Three Today!

Three years ago today, our sweet Loralie made her grand entrance to the world! What a blessing she has been to us! I wanted today to be a special Mommy-Loralie day to celebrate her turning THREE! She got to pick out her own outfit...
And of course, she picked lunch at "Chick sa way"...
She got to help mommy make a special birthday cake. She picked chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate ice cream! A girl after my own heart!
When daddy got home we ate Mac N' Cheese for dinner (uhg.) and feasted on birthday cake and ice cream.
And then Loralie got to open two presents. One was from Aunt Robyn and Uncle Levi. It was a bag full of girlie goodies which she was very excited about! Thank you Auntie and Uncle! The other present was from mommy and daddy. It was a dance bag with some new leotards and hair bows to wear to dance class! Yippee!

Happy Birthday, Little Girl! Mommy and Daddy love you very much! Can't wait for your party this weekend!!!

Simmin' in the Simmin' Pool!

So, our outdoor baby has a new love of her life- "Simmin' in the simmin' pool!" I think she would be out there all day if I let her! In fact, I have to watch her really carefully when we are just playing in the backyard, cause she has been known to crawl in by herself fully dressed! She likes to splash and kick, and play with her watering can and rubber duckies. Mama is going to have a good tan by the end of this summer!

The Cousins Visit!

Loralie has been eagerly awaiting the arrival of her COUSINS! Starting last week she has been constantly asking when "Michael and Daniel gonna come see me???" and on Monday night THEY ARRIVED! Tuesday morning Caleb took his brother Levi with him to work and Robyn and I took the kiddos to the Under the Sea playland at Crown Center. They ran around like crazy for a few hours, enjoying the seaweed forrest, the mermaid house, and the pirate ship! Then we went to the crayola store and did a little doodling. Lunch was delivered via choo-choo at Fritz's (man, that place is LOUD.) Then we went home and took much needed naps! The evening brought more fun and energy exertion at the Moonbounce place at the Zona Rosa. Loralie was excited that she could do the big ladders and slides all by herself.
