Still Sick

I am still sick, and I am taking the day off tomorrow so that I can go to the doctors. I was coughing and hacking today at school, and the kids asked me what was wrong with me. I told them that I caught *Opelia's germs (a girl in our class who has been coughing for weeks and rarely covers her mough). *Opelia looked at me and said, "Uh oh, get ready for the barfing." Gee thanks. There's that to look forward to.

It's amazing how your life can change in a single minute. Simmin' in the Simmin' Pool!

So, our outdoor baby has a new love of her life- "Simmin' in the simmin' pool!" I think she would be out there all day if I let her! In fact, I have to watch her really carefully when we are just playing in the backyard, cause she has been known to crawl in by herself fully dressed! She likes to splash and kick, and play with her watering can and rubber duckies. Mama is going to have a good tan by the end of this summer!
