Baby Storytime

"There's a lot of babies in here, Mom..."
Roman went to his very first baby storytime today at the library!  He was surprisingly content during the hour long class.  He loved the bubbles, the music and the scarf play.  It was fun to be able to do something fun with just the two of us (Loralie was at preschool).

It's amazing how your life can change in a single minute. Last year, I asked Loralie to tell me all of her "favorites". I thought it would be fun to repeat the experiment each year and see how her answers change (or don't change!). Simmin' in the Simmin' Pool!

So, our outdoor baby has a new love of her life- "Simmin' in the simmin' pool!" I think she would be out there all day if I let her! In fact, I have to watch her really carefully when we are just playing in the backyard, cause she has been known to crawl in by herself fully dressed! She likes to splash and kick, and play with her watering can and rubber duckies. Mama is going to have a good tan by the end of this summer!
