Cooped Up

So you can tell we are bored around here, cause Loralie has taken to wearing my undergarments. She said "I need to wear this just like you mommy!" Now that's entertaining!
So then I decided I needed to figure out something a little bit more fun to do, so I made Loralie a big batch of dishsoap bubbles. She loved pretending to make "mashed potatoes".

Daddy even got in on the fun!

It's amazing how your life can change in a single minute. Last year, I asked Loralie to tell me all of her "favorites". I thought it would be fun to repeat the experiment each year and see how her answers change (or don't change!). Simmin' in the Simmin' Pool!

So, our outdoor baby has a new love of her life- "Simmin' in the simmin' pool!" I think she would be out there all day if I let her! In fact, I have to watch her really carefully when we are just playing in the backyard, cause she has been known to crawl in by herself fully dressed! She likes to splash and kick, and play with her watering can and rubber duckies. Mama is going to have a good tan by the end of this summer!
