Weekend Away

Caleb and I dropped the kiddo off in Bolivar and eased to the rolling hills of Eureka Springs, Arkansas for some rest and relaxation.

We did a lot of strolling and shopping and my favorite- eating!  On Friday night we went on a ghost tour at the historic Crecent Hotel.
It was built in the 1800's as a resort for the ultra rich.  I don't really believe in ghosts, I just wanted to tour the hotel and hear the spooky stories.
On Saturday we took a lunch train ride on an old restored railroad dining car.
Then, we did some wine tasting...
And had dinner back at the Crescent- on the fourth floor balcony!  Amazing view!
Putt-putt anyone?  I totally won.
It was a great trip with lots of fun memories!  I will bask in the memories for weeks to come!
