Spelling Tuesday

On my birthday weekend Caleb took the kids to Bolivar so that me and my girlfriends could have a sleepover.  The kids went fishing, picked out our new puppy (which we get to take home in four weeks) and practiced shooting.  Farm life, emirite?

Roman has such a great year in Miss V’s room! He made some great buddies. His class gave him the “Frog Award” for being “Hoppy” all the time.

I honestly can’t believe my kids have gotten so big. It seems like just a minute ago we were in rear facing car seats and diapers!  I can’t say I’m too sad about the baby days being gone, but I would be happy if everyone could just stop getting any bigger now, please and thank you.  Both kids did great in school and we are so very proud of them... but we are excited about summer! We celebrated with some well deserved ice cream. Here’s to summer adventures (and time slowing down!)
